Key Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Robotics experience is essential.
• Proficiency in HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems.
• Mechatronics knowledge (a plus).
• Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) expertise.
• Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting complex systems.

Additional Skills

• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Preventative Maintenance: Proven track record in implementing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs.
• Continuing Maintenance: Dedication to ongoing maintenance activities to ensure peak equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• System Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of robotics, HMI, mechatronics, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatic, and PLC systems to maintain and optimize equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Communication: Work closely with team members to communicate maintenance needs and collaborate on improvement initiatives.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute and enhance preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
• Continuing Maintenance: Contribute to ongoing maintenance activities to keep operations running smoothly.
