Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Tech, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance and turnover at our apartment complexes. This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare vacant units for move in
- Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues
- Repair/replace building systems as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a cloud based property management software
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Available to be emergency on call 1 or 2 weekends/month

- Reliable transportation required
- Experience in construction and/or maintenance
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in Spanish would be a bonus
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset
