Express is recruiting for a Maintenace Technician for a Property Managment company located in Buffalo Ny. This company is a leader in affordable housing development and has been in business for over 20 years.

1shift: Monday-Friday you can choose between 2 shifts (7a-3:30pm or 8a-4:30p)

Pay Rate: $18.00-22/00/hr BOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedules, coordinates, monitors and performs all Maintenace, service requests, & repairs at the employees designated sites.
• Documented daily maintenance activity including problems encountered, work completed & vacancy updates.
• Performs, monitors, inspects and conducts evaluations with Community Manger in order to prepare apartments for move for future tenants.
• Maintains an adequate inventory of property supplies & equipment.
• Inspects, schedules and/ or performs minor and routine Maintenace on all equipment, company vehicles and tools.
• Tracks and keeps documents available regarding utility shut offs, meter locations, sewer clean outs & building systems.
• Reports all liability, property incidents, worker injuries, accidents ect.
• Responsible for trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and wiping down areas.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 3 Years of construction site management.
• 5 years' experience related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, & Building systems.
• Have knowledge of USDA, HUD, REAC, DHCR, or other regulatory agency state inspections.
• Must Possess mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Required
• Must Possess a Valid Driver's license & New Yor State Motor Vehicle Insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk, move & transport up to 100lbs
