Accounts Payable Specialist - Part-time
Lansdale, PA
$20-21/HR
Hours: 8:30 - 1PM (Monday-Friday)
In Office
Role:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be assisting the Accounting Manager and Controller with the day to day processing of invoices, checks, wires, discrepancies, working with outside vendors, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Matching and payment of all invoices
- Coding invoices
- Exporting reports
- Data Entry
- Cutting checks
- Resolving problems/discrepancies
- Mailing
- Special projects, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or higher is preferred
- 5 years of progressive accounts payable experience; ideally a high volume environment
- Must have worked within a ERP system
Compensation:
A very competitive compensation packed will be available for this position including base salary, medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, employee growth, educational trainings and certifications, etc.
Working Situation:
This is in office position 5 days a week. Hours will be 8:30 - 1:30 or 9:00 - 2:00 PM 5 days a week.
