BP Environmental Services, is a rapidly growing company and is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist in our corporate office located in Chalfont, PA. An Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist is a high energy individual who is ambitious, adaptable and customer service focused with strengths that include multi-tasking, problem solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely billing/supporting documentation to customers
• Enter vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Communicate with customers and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolve vendor disputes
• Complete tickets in M-Files
• Review over 45 day report to insure timely invoicing of tickets
• Special projects as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Financial background preferred
• Detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Requires basic computer skills (typing, and navigating programs/screens entering data and processing information
• Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to thrive in a fast pace, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
