Commercial Construction- Project Manager
Construction Management- General Construction- GC/CM
Lehigh Valley commercial construction company is actively seeking to hire a project manager for a full-time permanent staff role. Commercial construction project experience is required.
Requirements
- Four (4) years or more of commercial construction experience with relevant project experience (Mixed Use, Commercial office buildings, Academic, Hospital, Institutional, Healthcare, Corporate Headquarters, Higher Education, etc.).
- Ground up experience
- Experience running multiple projects of varying size and scope at a given time
- Excellent communication skills with subcontractors
- Experience creating & executing scope of work and schedules
- Salary is open dependent upon experience
- College Degree a plus, NOT required
- Projects are based in the local Northeastern PA area.
