Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistic Operations Lead to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide leadership for logistics, sustainment, and maintenance services to meet requirements Basic Qualifications: A minimum of five years within the last ten years of experience with oversight of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) including managing the program requirements of day-to-day operations of multiple teams in a distributed environment Experience overseeing projects/programs involving global logistics Desired Qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience within the last ten years with oversight of O&M planning for the reliability, maintainability, and availability of airborne and/or maritime platforms or ISR systems A minimum of five years of experience within the last ten years with O&M including the ability to multi-task and lead multiple cross-functional project teams while controlling costs and improving service Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical, business, operations, or equivalent field Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
