Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future ManTech is looking for a Mid-Level Intelligence Analyst (Signals Intelligence) to support our prime contract with the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) in Quantico, VA. Background The Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Kill Chain Analysis Branch (KCAB), conducts Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) analysis on adversarial weapons systems of concern to the Marine Corps capability development community. The USMC strategy indicates a need for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) analysis on adversarial weapons systems to provide intelligence analysis in support of operations and capability development in support of an expanded emphasis on meeting 21st Century challenges in an information driven environment. The Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I) Campaign Plan will require increased intelligence support to meet these challenges. General Responsibilities: A level of effort in support of MCIA KCAB to include C4ISR analysis of adversarial weapons systems Analysis of adversary’s targeting cycle and their ability to find, fix, track, target, engage and assess Marine Corps equities that have impacts on foreign military capabilities or counters to U.S. military capabilities The contractor shall conduct C4ISR research, analysis and produce finished assessments on information systems, weapons systems, communication systems, countermeasure systems, and emerging and disruptive technologies that will likely affect US Marine Corps operations Other duties as required Mandatory Skills Requirements: This position requires an active DoD TS//SCI Clearance Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience. 5 years total experience without degree The contractor shall have a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Math (STEM) related to the subject matter. The contractor shall have a working knowledge of C4ISR within the DOD to include C4ISR production Centers and responsibilities. Each contractor shall provide at least four products per year that are suitable for ingesting into the Library of National Intelligence and are in accordance with the intelligence community analytic standards. The contractor shall produce the assessments in accordance with MCIA’s own production process and software applications. The contractors will also provide occasional, subject matter briefs, briefing materials, and responses to requests for information. The contractor shall provide C4ISR products in support of USMC and DOD concepts, capability development and acquisitions customers. These products may be in the form of MCIA Notes, Notes in Brief, Threat Modules, or Threat Briefings and other CDRL items. Conduct All-Source analysis on the current and future foreign ground, air, and maritime Sensors with potential to impact USMC operations Analyze foreign capabilities, acquisition/modernization trends, and limitations to detect U.S. maritime, ground, and air activities Conduct senor fusion and networked sensor analysis to determine a country's infiltration detection capabilities Follow technology transfer and its military impact and ability of recipient actors to assimilate transferred technology Produce written intelligence assessments and briefings to support consumers at the tactical, operational, and strategic level. Assess information gaps, develops collection strategies, and composes Other Skills Preferred: Familiar with Marine Corps processes, procedures, and interoperability requirements Physical requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
