Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Journeyman Multi-Media Production Specialist to join our team in the Washington, D.C. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Multi-Media Production Specialist provides liaison support for coordinating and planning Office of Acquisition (OA) organization events in conjunction with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Public Affairs Offices. Provide content writing, media development, and control of information flow through the management of multiple communication channels (e.g., newsletters, live stream and recorded videos, photo displays, agency/organization booth exhibits at expositions and fairs). Plan events and develop opportunities to showcase the organization’s technology efforts to support border security and provide consistency in messaging regarding program status and activities to the public and in the media. Perform other related administrative duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, public relations, or related discipline. 2 years of position-specific relevant experience. Desired Qualifications: Experience demonstrating production skills in social-media tools within a business setting, i.e. X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
