Job Description:

As a Nurse Practitioner at our facility, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality internal medicine and family healthcare services to our patients. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients across a variety of healthcare settings.

Medical Specialties:

· Infusion

· Internal Medicine

· Family Medicine

Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of patients

· Perform procedures such as IV catheterization and phlebotomy as necessary

· Administer medications, including IV infusions, as prescribed by physicians

· Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

· Stay updated on the latest advancements in pain management techniques and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care

· Develop and implement individualized care plans

· Order and interpret diagnostic tests

· Provide patient education and counseling

· Ensuring patient communications with billing/authorization departments

· Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

· Maintain accurate medical records

· Scheduling and maintaining patient routine of care

Qualifications:

· Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey. ()

· Valid RN License for state of New Jersey ()

· I.V. Certification (preferred)

· Current CPR and BLS certification ()

· Minimum 1-year recent Infusion experience or certification in infusion therapy (CRNI or similar) preferred

· EMR System experience

· Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
