Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Contracting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers. Your expertise in pharmacy contracting will play a vital role in ensuring the availability of medications at competitive prices for our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for pharmaceutical contracts
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in the healthcare landscape that may impact pharmacy contracting
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or renegotiation
- Maintain accurate records of contract agreements, amendments, and related documentation

Qualifications:
-Highschool Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing structures, reimbursement methodologies, and contract negotiation strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to evaluate contract terms and financial implications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software
