AzendPharma Pharmacy Management and Consulting Group is Hiring a District Consulting Leader Near New York, NY

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Leader to oversee the operations of multiple locations within our organization. The District Leader will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of each location, maintaining high standards of patient care, and driving overall performance and profitability.

Duties:

-Must be willing to move around Area's Such as New York/New Jersey

-Inspect Stores

-Preform Audits
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and targets
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Foster a culture of excellence in patient care and customer service
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, aseptic technique, pharmacy technician practices, medication administration, and patient care
- Experience working in a hospital or critical care setting is highly desirable
- Proficient in utilizing pharmacy systems and software
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
