Duties:
- Develop and implement an effective onboarding program for new hires
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and benefits
- Provide training and support to new hires to facilitate their understanding of job responsibilities and expectations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create personalized onboarding plans for each new employee
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process
- Monitor the progress of new employees during their initial weeks and provide ongoing support as needed
- Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process based on feedback and best practices
