Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for insurance sales, analyzing policies, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Conduct insurance sales and assist clients in selecting the most suitable policies
- Analyze insurance policies to ensure coverage meets clients' needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
- Administer benefits programs and assist clients with claims processing
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new market opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Comply with HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and data security

Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and sales administration processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze policies and provide recommendations based on client needs
- Proficient in using insurance software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license for potential outside sales activities
