Full job description

Come join us to be part of the dynamic sales team at Beacon Design, a leading ornament and collectible manufacturer in the US. As a Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for managing a book of existing accounts as well as developing new business via marketing and self-generated leads.

Your role will require an entrepreneurial mindset when planning your approach to meeting or exceeding your annual new business, retention, and growth goals. In addition to being a motivated self-starter and good communicator, attention to detail is key when managing a project from start to finish. Have fun and be part of creating amazing ornaments that help your clients achieve their goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet or Exceed New and Existing Business Goals Set by VP of Sales and Marketing
  • Maintain a Base of Accounts with a High Level of Retention
  • Provide Excellent Service to Leads, Clients and Colleagues
  • Create a Plan for Organic Growth Within Your Accounts
  • Qualify and Close New Business Leads Generated by Marketing, Your Own Prospecting Efforts, Referrals and Lost Accounts
  • Build a Robust Pipeline through Solid Planning and Consistent Effort
  • Develop Strong Client Relationships Through a Consultative Sales Approach
  • Maintain Usage and Integrity of all ChemArt systems with a focus on our CRM - Salesforce and our ERP system Epicor
  • Manage New Projects from Design through Fulfillment Collaborating with Other Managers and Employees for Execution
  • Report up to VP of Sales and Marketing Monthly on Your Individual Business Unit
  • Set Up, Participate in and Follow Up on all Tradeshows - Up to 25% Travel
  • Maintain Excellent Records and Product/Market Knowledge
  • Maintain Positive Attitude & Lead by Example Following Core Company Values
  • Collaborate with Marketing to Develop Effective Promotional and Sales Tools

Base Salary Plus Commission Paid Monthly with No Cap

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,937.14 - $95,000.00 per year
