At UnitedMechanical we offer commercial and institutional HVAC, electrical, andplumbing services throughout the entire Southwest Florida region. Our areas ofexpertise range from hospital/healthcare, school systems & universities,hospitality, and commercial facilities.
As aresult of continued growth and success, we are looking for a ServiceCoordinator to join our team! As a member of our team, you can look forwardto a culture that supports teamwork, cultivates a healthy work environment, andallows unlimited career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Developmonthly, weekly, and daily work schedules for Service Technicians to ensurecustomer commitments are met
- DispatchService Technicians to meet the schedule making modifications on an ongoingbasis, as new service requests are received
- Communicatewith customers as needed for incoming service requests and status updates.
- Collaboratewith warehouse management to ensure customers are provided with up-to-date leadtimes on parts that have been ordered
- Contactall customers with "Parts Pending" status as parts are received forscheduling
- Providesupport to ensure a timely flow of all materials, tools, test equipment, andpaperwork to all Service Technicians to fulfill customer requirements
- Processwork orders from beginning to final review to include technicians' hours andservice call resolutions
- Takean average of 50 service calls per day
- Monitorcustomer complaints to ensure that problems are resolved promptly withthe best solution possible
- Generaloffice duties: filing, incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies
- Provideadministrative support to team members as needed and assist in team members'absence
- Demonstratea positive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity withcustomers, management, and co-workers
Qualificationsand Competencies:
- Highschool diploma, or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in customer service and dispatching
- Priorexperience working in the HVAC industry is preferred
