UNITED MECHANICAL is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near San Jose, CA
- Maintain and update company website and social media accounts.
- Oversee brand management - Vendors, company swag, document control etc.
- Create and manage all marketing content. Develop, maintain, and update marketing materials including resumes, project profiles, and other sales materials.
- Capture and manage project photo library - visit jobsites to capture photos of all projects during construction phases.
- Coordinate and support/attend all company and client facing events.
- Coordinate corporate Sponsorships/Donations.
- Assist with development of training materials.
- Assist with coordination and execution of the Internship program including attending college career fairs.
- Coordinate client entertainment - Manage events/tickets, calendaring events, travel and communication
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience, with an emphasis in marketing and/or communications.
- 1-3 years relevant experience in marketing and proposal management, experience in construction a plus.
- Ability to write and communicate in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to execute creative ideas effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written skills with attention to detail.
- Some travel required
