Our Community Manager will manage a hotel that's being converted to apartment homes. The newly innovative hotel conversion will have 215 total units. Units are being renovated into studio to 1 bedroom apartments, possibly 2 bedrooms. The ideal Manager will be resourceful, self-sufficient, motivated, organized and goal driven.
Proven sales experience is required. Our Property Manager will need to "sell" the concept of minimalist living!

• Marketing- create marketing and social media plans.
• Maintain positive resident relations through superior service.
• Direct and participate in the daily operations of the property.
• Oversee the maintenance department and property appearance.
• Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork.
• Manage all onsite staff including motivating training and performance development.
• Maintain the system for service requests and follow-ups.
• Manage and track expenses to ensure they are in line with budget expectations.
• Maintain the resident database accounts receivable and accounts payable.
