Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 4 years of experience in the role of a Regional Manager.
- Directly supervised at least 5 properties (Multi-Family Property Management).
- Proficiency using Microsoft (word, excel, outlook, teams)
- Strong work ethics, reliable, responsible, accountable.
- Work autonomously with minimal supervisor, completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Experience analyzing budgets.
- Analyze property performance, create marketing plans to increase occupancy
- Manage and supervise staff
- Resman property management software
- Excellent customer care
- Staff development
- Plan, direct, coordinate
- Travel to properties
