Sweetwater Property Management is a Professional Multi-Family Property Management Company. We are looking to hire a Super Star Maintenance Technician to join Westmoreland Estates located in Huntington, WV.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 1-year maintenance experience required
- Maintenance experience in multi-unit complexes or hotels preferred
- Work tools relevant to the job is a must
- Experience with plumbing, electrical and HVAC preferred
- Good organizational and people skills
- Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment
