Sweetwater Property Management is Hiring an Assistant Property Manager - Addison Ridge Near Fayetteville, NC

Morganton Management is a locally owned and operated boutique property management company, and we are expanding our successful team. We are looking to welcome an Experienced Assistant Community Manager to the team at Addison Ridge Apartments.
The Assistant Community Manager reports directly to the Property Manager and is one of the on-site representatives when the Property Manager is not present, therefore the candidate should possess the same leadership qualities. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of multi-family apartment management experience, works great with a team, organized, personable, a great communicator and listener. Poses the ability to adapt to quickly changing and fast-paced leasing responsibilities that includes mitigating any concerns, accepting and processing all financial transactions, properly delegate and assist with the leasing responsibilities, and other daily operations and administrative responsibilities. 
Responsibilities of an Assistant Property Manager Include:
  • Assisting the Property Manager in rentals to maximum occupancy levels and able to focus on rent growth.
  • Collecting rents and depositing procedures.
  • All phases of paperwork and reporting.
  • Assisting in resident concerns, complaints and unusual incidents.
  • Must be familiar with the community and the local area to be informative to prospects.
  • Overseeing special marketing projects.
  • Property management experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of multi-family apartment management experience
  • Professional demeanor, great communication and listening skills.
  • Exceptional customer care and relations, organizational and computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to professionally solve resident issues as they arise.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Weekend availability.
