Sweetwater Property Management is Hiring a Property Manger - Kingsley Park of Fayetteville Near Fayetteville, NC

Sweetwater Property Management is a Professional Multi-Family Property Management Company located in Fayetteville, NC. Do you have a positive attitude? We are looking to hire a Part Time Community Manager for a brand new community in Fayetteville, NC, Kingsley Park of Fayetteville.

Our superstar Manager will have experience with lease up/new construction. Will work closely with the Vice President, Regional Manager, contractors and more. You are expected to be dedicated, punctual, knowledgeable in multi-family rental, friendly and professional.

Part-Time, minimum of 20 hours weekly. Start immediately. $28/hourly.

Responsibilities:

Market your brand new community. Build relationships!
Work on marketing to execute and create marketing and social media plans.
Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork.
Plan, schedule and host resident events.
Manage and track expenses to ensure they are in line with budget expectations.
Standing, lifting, bending.
Maintain the resident database, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
A professional, happy, trusting and respectful attitude is a must.
