Maintenance responsibilities include maintaining positive resident relations, apartment make ready, groundskeeping, amenities and property upkeep, responding to work orders within 24-hours, after hours emergency call, bending/ lifting/standing and other physical movement, work creatively and positively with all team members onsite/off site, vendors, ownership, etc., use of personal vehicle. 
Requirements includes high school diploma or equivalent required, reliable transportation, valid drivers license, at least three years of experience as a maintenance technician/supervisor in multi-family/apartment community, tool relevant for the position.
