The Concurrent Enrollment Office Assistant position with the Concurrent Enrollment Office at CentreTech will assist staff and students. The office assistant position will answer general questions, return phone calls, and help with data entry for the Concurrent Enrollment Department.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering phones and responding to voicemails
• Processing forms, data entry, filing
• Assisting Concurrent Enrollment advisors with appointments and projects
• Discussing Concurrent Enrollment with students
• Attending advising meetings

• Provide Concurrent Enrollment presentations as needed

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Must have completed FAFSA on file
• Must be enrolled in a minimum six (6) credit hours
• Must NOT have yet obtained 1st Bachelor's Degree
• Must be seeking an eligible program of study
