POSITION SUMMARY
The Enrollment Management CRM Manager is the go-to college representative for a variety of CRM platforms and the primary app admin for the college SIS, EAB Navigate. The Manager will help plan and create cohesive and integrated communication campaigns to drive enrollment, implement retention campaigns across the campus, train faculty and staff on how to effectively use EAB Navigate to support student success and retention, and produce reports on software utilization/effectiveness.




DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Act as a point-of-resource to all the other departments in the company relating to the CRM/SIS software.
  • Maximize the features and benefits of the CRM/SIS
  • Generate and interpret the data from the software(s).
  • Work with various teams to improve student success, retention, care, enrollment and marketing based on the CRM/SIS numbers and data.
  • Grant user access
  • Maintain the integrity of the information stored in the CRM/SIS
  • Review the current processes within the college and propose updates to them to align them with the CRM/SIS data.
  • Ensure the CRM/SIS accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide instruction, coaching and customized support to faculty and staff across the college to promote success, wellness, and retention.
  • Provide technical assistance to both faculty and staff related to the CRM/SIS as needed.
Leadership
  • Advise EM leadership on best practices on using CRMs and EAB Navigate effectively
  • Lead the EAB Navigate functional committee at the College
  • Create and manage budgets and contracts related to assigned user tools (Gecko, Navigate, etc.).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's in marketing, communications, management information systems, education, related-field or PMP certification required
  • Strong written communications skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing, with a very strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and reliable.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, must be goal oriented and have ability to take initiative.
  • Previous experiencing work with and/or managing relational databases
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual.
  • Working knowledge of Banner, CRM Recruit, and EAB Navigate.
  • Knowledge and experience providing information and referral to resources.
  • Knowledge of Enrollment Management, Student Success, Retention, and Student Support Services.




SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

Salary Range: Anticipated starting salary range: $65,000.00 annually. This salary is determined by the qualifications of the selected candidate balanced with departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information. CCA offers an excellent benefit plan, including generous leave, holiday, and education benefits. Full time employees immediately upon hire earn 15 hours a month annual leave and 10 hours a month sick leave.
