MSP/ VMS Recruiter

General Description:

The key focus for an MSP Recruiter is to execute sourcing strategies and communication plans with the aim of achieving timely submittals of qualified candidates to Actalent’s MSP Customers. 

The MSP Recruiter must have the ability to effectively communicate with potential employees as well as the internal teams which they support. This individual will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, high call volume environment with the goal of driving more candidate submittals and ultimately fills for the customers they are dedicated to supporting. The MSP Recruiter may sit in any West Coast Actalent location.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the MSP Talent Delivery Team whose mission is to optimize how we support MSP customers and dominate this segment. Candidate will be dedicated to a focus MSP customer to support all non-Red Zone business.
• Utilize all resources available to attract qualified Engineering professionals interested in Actalent’s positions.
• Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans.
• Responsible for initiating the hiring process for available positions. This may include:
• Sourcing of candidates: Internal near-inventory, referrals, internet
• Initial phone screens
• Rate negotiation
• Submitting qualified candidates to the client via their VMS system
• Interview coordination and preparation
• Candidate offer acceptance 
• Creatively leverage Social Media, including but not limited to, Linked In, Twitter and Facebook to network and build connections within the community of Technical Professionals
• Post available positions on the Internet and conduct searches to increase available candidate pool.
• Solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent.
• Evaluate all resumes received and select only candidates that are appropriate to enter into the interview process.
• Schedule candidates for interviews.
• As the first point of contact for potential candidates, must interact with a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Coach and prepare candidates for interviews and provide them with professional guidance and timely feedback.
• Ensure that the account’s KPIs/SLAs are met. This could include, among others, requirement response rate, time to submit and fill rates.
• Maintain all documentation using proprietary Applicant Tracking System to track information.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have approximately 1 year of Technical Recruiting experience
• Proven success as a specialized skill set recruiter
• Self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills are essential.

Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits Package:

Per Colorado Equal Pay Act: Compensation for this role is $65,000 base salary $500 bonus per placement with MSP accounts barring they work minimum 30 days. $250 bonus per placement outside of MSP accounts, after consultant works a minimum of 30 days.
