Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with FDA regulations. Your attention to detail and expertise in quality inspection will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities: - Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products - Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to verify product dimensions and specifications - Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions - Fabricate test samples and conduct tests to evaluate product performance and reliability - Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics, trends, and non-conformance incidents - Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems - Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency Skills: - Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality systems - Proficient in conducting quality inspections using precision measuring instruments - Experience with quality audits and implementing corrective actions - Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles is a plus - Ability to operate coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is preferred - Excellent analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends or issues - Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision - Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Join our team as a Quality Assurance Technician and contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality products.
