Job Summary:
We are seeking a Helper to join our team in the food industry. As a Helper, you will assist with various tasks in the kitchen and provide support to the culinary team. Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by the culinary team
- Help with menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes
- Support cooks and chefs during meal service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Experience:
- Previous experience in a food-related role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, such as knives and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
