```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts off on the right foot. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.

```Duties```
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
- Assist in taking reservations and managing the waitlist
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure guest satisfaction

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $15.41 - $19.77 per hour
