**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and seat our members in a courteous and professional manner.

- Manage reservations and waitlists effectively.

- Provide accurate wait times and monitor guest flow.

- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining service.

- Assist in maintaining a tidy and welcoming entrance area.

- Address guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met.

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Polished and professional appearance.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills.

- Previous experience in a host/hostess role is a plus, but not required.
