Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with food preparation as needed

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest services
- Sales-oriented mindset to promote menu items and upsell when appropriate
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register or POS system
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculations

- Strong communication skills to interact with guests, kitchen staff, and other team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old or as per legal requirements for serving alcohol
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
