Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating high-quality sushi dishes for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all sushi orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Duties:
- Prepare and create a variety of sushi dishes according to customer preferences and menu specifications
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with menu planning and development of new sushi dishes
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle knives and other kitchen tools safely and responsibly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or special requests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in the food industry
- Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation
- Strong knife skills and ability to handle kitchen tools effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
