uBreakiFix/Asurion Tech Repair is looking for a store manager with an interest in technology, experience managing others, dedication to customer service and a passion for learning new things!

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience repairing smartphones, tablets, PC/MACs, electronics and game consoles
• Proven leadership/supervisory experience.
• Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Success in hiring, training, and developing new employees.
• Experience creating employee schedules/hours.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent technical, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proof that you are legally eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of supervisory/management experience.
• Previous experience working at a retail electronics store.
• A certification.
• Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
• Meets and exceeds sales/profit goals.

What Will You Be Doing On A Daily Basis?

• Meet or exceed monthly sales/profit goals
• Coach your fellow employees, ensure that the team is properly trained and selectively hire new team members
• Run the store like it was your own: set targets, control expenses, hold team members accountable for goals and celebrate as a team when you hit them!
• Help Build and maintain relationships with other local businesses in order to create commercial accounts and sales
• Maintain and manage store's inventory
• Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
• Ensure that all repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards
• Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience and exceed customer expectations when possible
• Utilize our custom point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store
• Empower all team members with the necessary tools and training to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
• Achieves financial objectives by monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.

A successful Store Manager will understand our Core Values, follow all policies and procedures while being able to adapt quickly to the constant, changing environment of the repair industry.

Pay Structure: $16-20/hr based on experience commissions/bonus $30K-$45K potential.

$500 Sign On Bonus after 60 days
