In this role, you will be expected not only to be the subject matter expert for all electronic repairs within your assigned store but also to excel in Customer service and sales.
As a Lead, you will be expected to:
- Supervise, train and assist employees to achieve sales goals while promoting our company culture and providing world class customer service.
- Demonstrates an understanding of sales behaviors and resources and customer service best practices.
- Ensures Technicians are knowledgeable about the Connected Home product, and Serve, Solve, and Sell in every customer interaction.
- Training and development of the Tech team.
- POC for dispatched technicians
- Deployment of new processes
- Attending daily/weekly meetings with Operational leadership
- Confers with customers to determine the nature of problems or to explain repairs.
- Fixes devices, processes cracked glass, and tests devices before and after repairs.
- Ensure that the company vehicles assigned are clean and maintained at all times.
- Manage all controllable expenses with a view to maintaining profitability.

Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in previous jobs.
- Experience in sales and customer service is highly recommended.
- Experience with device repair (Computer, laptop, tablet, phones, hardware, and/or software), and replacement of phone screen LCD are required.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move items that weigh more than 50 pounds.
Deal-Breaker Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- A background check and drug screening are required.
- Working hours must be flexible, including weekends and evenings.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
