Enhance the understanding of, and develop alternative solutions to, complex issues; Support and improve the operation of organizations; and Ensure the more efficient or effective operation of managerial systems.u003c/pu003eu003cpu003eu0026nbsp;u003c/pu003eu003cpu003eThe Enterprise Risk Management Lead has the following responsibilities:u003c/pu003eu003cul classu003d'decimal_type'u003eu003cliu003eLead and implement MARCORLOGCOMs Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework to meet the requirements of the OMB Circular A-123.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eIntegrate ERM with Managers Internal Control Programs (MICP) to support a robust and holistic program.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eIdentify and manage risks to MARCORLOGCOM and develop ERM strategies, objectives, and policies that will establish the framework, tools, and procedures to achieve successful risk identification and management to meet DoD ERM guidance.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eEngage and develop effective working relationships throughout the MARCORLOGCOM organization to support cooperative responses to risk management objectives.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eSupport the client with developing relevant guidance, desk guides/Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and/or training as requested.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eSupport the client with overseeing and monitoring their risk management activities and progress, including providing recommendations on best practices for sustainability.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eMonitor and analyze risks within the MARCORLOGCOM organization and effectively report these risks to leadership.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eLeverage applicable DoD financial policies u0026amp;
