Shuttle Bus Driver

Primary Responsibilities

• Drives campus shuttle routes, following scheduled arrival and departure time on a fixed route.
• Records boarding and alighting logs.
• Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections; record and report minor mechanical diagnostics
• Maintain a Class C Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Possess, at least, a Class C Commercial Driver's License and either have or be willing to test for a Passenger Endorsement;

or willingness and ability to train and test for a Class C Commercial Driver's License with a Passenger Endorsement.

• Physical ability to assist all passengers during emergency evacuation of the bus with or without accommodations
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to pass random drug screens
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
