SAP BRIM Finance Analyst/Configurator

SAP BRIM Implementation for HPE's digital transformation. This position will focus on implementing XaaS business models using BRIM. Come be a part of using the latest SAP technology and modernizing HPE's processes and user experience!
This position requires XaaS business knowledge, direct interaction with business and functional teams, hands on system configuration expertise in RAR, FICA.
As a technical member of the SAP BRIM team you will assist the HPE XaaS team in planning, delivering and managing large, complex full life-cycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the space of transforming the business into new XaaS business motions. You will be responsible for leading, designing, building and delivering such initiatives.
Designs, prepares and executes unit tests
Active participation in design workshops and the ability to guide business to utilizing standard SAP processes and translate business use cases into system requirements.
Facilitates conversations to discover user's needs, identifies requirements, gather feedback, resolves issues, identifies opportunities for IT to enhance the user's experience.
Communication
Excellent communication skills, including written and oral; with the ability to present to large groups with confidence. Communicates with senior executives on status and opportunities
Leadership
Demonstrates broad technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction.
Delivery
Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and customers.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
