Then we have the right opportunity - we are looking for a Product Leader to help define and drive the customer experience as part of our Data Service Cloud Console [SaaS] Platform, on HPE GreenLake.

This individual designs, plans, develops, and manages the Storage as a Service offerings portfolio of products for our data services (SaaS) platform.

You will be at the center of new product/service development that integrates into a rapidly growing digital customer experience, as part of HPE GreenLake.

You'll work closely with a dedicated team of product leaders, engineers, designers and architects to “connect the dots” across the full customer journey on HPE Data Services Cloud Console. Because we are a platform, you'll need to be comfortable with influencing teams, and prioritizing requirements from various Product/Service teams including Cloud Data Services, Support, and Digital Customer Experience.

There's no one-size-fits-all solution to data management! That's why we need creativity and an innovative mindset to lead the product vision and experimentation in this area.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently leads and drives the end-to-end customer experience strategy for our file storage, object storage, block storage or virtual machine storage data services, including requirement gathering, prioritizing and roadmap development in partnership with customers, partners, and fellow product managers across the enterprise
  • Builds and delivers the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring a consistent, unique experiences to our data service and core SaaS platform services
  • Synthesizes market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through having intimate customer knowledge and business, financial and industry market acumen
  • Guides key stakeholders on the platform CX strategy across all phases of the service lifecycle
  • Creates and drives goal alignment and collaborates across one or more platform’s value chain partners

Education and Experience Required:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years relevant work experience delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
  • Preferred, but not required: MBA or advanced degree in computer science engineering, anthropology, or human/ computer interaction
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of data storage management software, machine learning & artificial intelligence, product support automation
  • Background in a role which influenced the customer experience including end-to-end customer journey mapping
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Extensive team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects
  • You have the ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
  • You have experience with Agile development and methodologies
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and ability to provide product specific technical training to the team
  • Experience with building digital products/customer experiences
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
  • Some worldwide travel required (~4 weeks a year)
