US Citizenship is required

• Assists in contract guard force management.
• Collaborates with the HPE Federal Security staff with personnel security functions.
• Provides facility security administration, documentation and accreditation support.
• Ensures the development, documentation, and presentation of classified security education, awareness, and training activities.
• Assists in preparing manuals and / or establishing procedures for handling, storing and recordkeeping of classified material.
• Processes individuals for personnel security clearances / special accesses; and provides oversight for secure area visit and / or entry control.
• Investigates security violations and prepare reports specifying preventative action to be taken.
• Participates in security and risk assessments.
• Works closely with government security counterparts, internal / external program managers, and other industry customers / partners to ensure program success.
• Executes other duties as assigned to support operations.
• Experience with MPO procurement database.
• Experience with DISS, Scattered Castles or similar database.
• Experience with Certification and Accreditation of SCIFs and Closed areas.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
• 3 years Industrial Security experience.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task.
• High ethical standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
