The Sales Support Administrator will provide administrative support to a specific team. To ensure success, the sales support administrator should have demonstrable administrative expertise and the ability to assist sales and business development teammates in such a way that allows them to concentrate on the work of prospecting, serving current clients, and making new sales.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
Developing pipelines of potential clients for BD Reps
Identifying qualified prospects using a variety of sourcing techniques, such as boolean searches.
Provide administrative support to BD Reps.
Answer and screen internal and external phone calls and emails.
Schedule appointments for Sales, Business Development Rep, and clients.
Maintain and update client records.
Helpprepare sales contract, proposals, and agreements.
Research and gather information requested by clients.
Liaising with otherdepartments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
Collaborate with teammates on various projects.
