```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide support to the sales team and ensure the smooth operation of the sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

```Duties:```
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports
- Manage and update customer databases
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Process contracts and leads
- Monitor office supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed

```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
