Growing executive charter company seeks a Bookkeeper/Accounting Associate to process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices and credit card reconciliations, maintain the company accounting records, production of monthly/ annual accounting reports, payroll.
The ideal candidate holds an Accounting or Finance degree and is proficient in QuickBooks Desktop. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper/ Accountant’s responsibility is to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Record day to day financial transactions- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Maintain employee records and prepare biweekly payroll in a timely manner
- Prepare financial reports
- Process sales tax on a quarterly basis and file annual reports
- Conduct monthly credit card reconciliations of all accounts
