Our Construction Management Company is looking for a Bookkeeper experienced in the Construction Industry to fill an immediate full time position. This will be an in office position located in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Requirements:
An excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks is required to complete the following:
Essential Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Creating Purchase Orders.
- Notarizing lien waivers and documents.
- AP entries including job costing, classifications and matching POs to vendor bills.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Invoicing clients based on service tickets and proposals.
- AR & Collections.
- Payroll.
- AIAs.
Qualifications:
- Must be capable of completing all of the above tasks.
- A minimum of ten (5) years experience working with QuickBooks.
- Must be: a self-starter who can prioritize the work load, work as a team member, take direction well, work well under pressure, detail-oriented, very well organized, reliable, on time and must have a great work ethic.
