- Enforce policies and procedures established by the company and the property brand
- Use the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests
- Perform office tasks such as answering the phones, scanning, copying, typing and printing
- Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests
- Must have Marriott Front Desk experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule between days, nights, weekends and overnights as needed
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities
