We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Hotel Front Desk Supervisor. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be accountable in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and providing exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate should exhibit ease with utilizing applications and technology to enhance work efficiency and create processes to ensure consistency. Additionally, responsibilities include communicating with the cleaning team, conducting routine spot checks & inspections and ensuring the cleanliness of common areas.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hotel manager on projects or where needed. Included but not limited to assisting in overseeing housekeeping department.
- Lead and manage a small yet diverse front desk team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Possess a strong understanding of reservation processing, sales, and customer service.
- Proficiently handle all guest reservation-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate expertise in hotel management software
Requirements:
- 2 years of hospitality related experience
- Customer-centric service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. (Bilingual is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal upper management supervision
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Confident understanding of basic computer and application functions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
