We are seeking a dedicated Experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and lead our housekeeping team by example in maintaining a clean and orderly property. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure cleanliness standards are met in all areas of the facility
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain overall guest satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and techniques
- Proficiency in floor care maintenance
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in custodial operations is a plus
