Safety Administrative Assistant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
- Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks
- Monitors compliance with safety procedures
- Maintain Safety Audit Action Log
- Assist with maintaining the Safety Training Program
- Maintain Environmental compliance and regulations
- Filing confidentiality documents
- Participate in GDPM’s Lean 5S and Kaizen programs
Safety Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Knowledge of safety manufacturing processes and reporting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Valid drivers' license and good driving in last 3 years required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
