Atlantic Duct Cleaning is seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to join our expanding team! We are looking for an outgoing, competitive, and meticulously organized sales professional with a proven track record of forging new relationships with property managers, building owners, mechanical contractors, facility managers, and others in the facilities field.

As Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new relationships throughout our service area of Northern VA, D.C., and Maryland. Confidence conducting both in-person and telephone-based cold calls is essential for success in the role.

Responsibilities

• Primarily focus on prospecting new accounts
• Create opportunities for our estimating team to perform on-site estimates
• Create & send quotes & proposals, and follow up accordingly
• Employ a variety of creative outreach programs including email, phone, and in-person to cultivate a robust client base throughout the region
• Complete customer documentation as required (e.g. contracts, vendor qualification forms) to become approved vendors
• Consistently meet & exceed sales targets
• Maintain a proactive approach to existing sales estimates and leads, ensuring constant engagement and follow-up
• Maintain client and prospect activities in our CRM system

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• 4 years field sales experience
• Experience successfully generating business from cold leads (e.g. cold-calling or other method)
• Experience selling to property managers and/or facilities managers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
• Experience using Google Drive (preferred, not required)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Incredibly Reliable

Additional Details

• This position is a full-time position
• This position will be field-based, and expected to report to the Northern Virginia office two times per week for check-ins and team meetings
• Full Year On-Target Earnings (OTE) is $170,000, highly commission driven
