Responsibilities:
- Appointment scheduling and reminder calls
- Psychological Testing- PHQ9/GAD 7
- Facilitation of referrals
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field or a minimum of 2 years in patient/client services
- Bilingual in English AND API language OR Spanish
- Ability to be proactive with tasks
- Ability to communicate
- EMR experience preferred but not required
Monday - Friday between 8am - 5pm - HYBRID ROLE
Pay rate: $20-$22/hr
