We are seeking an energetic individual who has a drive & passion for customer service. In addition to being “all about the customer” the role will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Review incoming requests and follow up with the client with any questions
• Assign case requests to a researcher
• Manage turnaround times and expectations as per company policy
• Track status of cases and communicate with researchers and update clients as needed
• Audit for accuracy and proper formatting and accuracy
• Quality control of all results returned by the ResearchersReturn research results to clients
• Assist with month-end production reports
• Assist with payroll for researchers as needed
• Assist with Incorrect result resolution as needed
• Answer Billing/Invoicing questions from customers
• Answer customer calls & emails that have specific questions about case requests
• Retain customers and build new customer relationships
• Assist with implementing new processes that will help with efficiency
• Be a Team Player
• Be Dependable
• Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE:

• Client Services & Customer Support: 1 year (Preferred)
• Research skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Case management or logistics dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
